JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for you who are an animal caretaker at level 2-3 or a licensed veterinary nurse and are passionate about providing excellent service to our customers. As an animal caretaker, you will primarily work at our clinic in Skellefteå. Work at other clinics in the region may occur. The clinic in Skellefteå is well-equipped, including a lab, X-ray, and an operating room for small animals. You will be our face to the public as part of the job, in addition to assisting the veterinarians, involves staffing the reception and answering the phone with advice and appointment booking.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be an animal caretaker at level 2-3 or a licensed veterinary nurse. We expect you to have good judgment, be flexible, and not shy away from challenges. You should have good teamwork skills, be able to take initiative, and be self-sufficient. We place great importance on personal qualities and how we believe you will fit into the team. You should have experience meeting customers, be able to provide general advice, and have phone experience. The work also involves hygiene tasks in various forms, so you should have good experience in cleaning and hygiene work within healthcare or similar. Previous work at the District Veterinarians and in our journal management system Link is an advantage. Experience in mentoring is also an advantage. A B driver's license without restrictions is a requirement.
